Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MarginTrueUp application and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service description
MarginTrueUp provides license reconciliation software for managed service providers. The service imports data from connected third-party systems, identifies discrepancies between purchased, deployed, and billed quantities, and supports billing adjustments.
3. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity of users you invite to your organization. We support role-based permissions; owners and admins control who can access data and configure integrations.
4. Acceptable use
You may use MarginTrueUp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape data you are not authorized to access, or use the service to send unauthorized communications.
5. Data and integrations
You retain ownership of your data. You grant MarginTrueUp a limited license to process your data as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for having appropriate rights and consents to connect third-party systems and to use the data within MarginTrueUp.
6. Payment and billing
Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at signup and in your organization settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and organization data will be retained only as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
MarginTrueUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
