1. Overview
MarginTrueUp helps managed service providers reconcile license costs, deployments, and billing. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and authentication credentials provided when you sign up or accept an organization invitation.
- Organization data: company name, team membership roles, and integration configurations.
- Integration data: license quantities, subscription identifiers, user assignments, and agreement line data retrieved from connected distributors and PSA systems.
- Usage data: product interactions, sync logs, and error reports used to operate and improve the service.
3. How we use data
We use collected data to provide the reconciliation service, enforce organization-based access controls, run automated syncs, generate reports, and notify you of discrepancies or integration issues.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to host and operate the service (cloud infrastructure, authentication, error monitoring) and when required by law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and role-based permissions to protect organization data. Integration credentials are stored in secure secrets managers and never exposed to the frontend.
6. Your rights
You may update your profile, manage team members, or delete your organization from the Settings area. Data retention follows your organization's active subscription and legal obligations.
7. Contact
